Annotating Lyrics and Final Narrative/Synopsis

I have annotated the lyrics from the music video "Kiss me slowly - Parachute". Each line or verse, I added a brief comment explaining what is going to happen within these lines or verse. This helps me visualise what it would look like in the actual music video as well as save time so I wouldn't have to think of what could be filmed within these lines/verses. I created this upon choosing the song and it reflected on what I wanted to do in terms of filmography and acting the role of the characters.

The idea was to make a music video not to make a music video that is too cliche as other music videos are when two people in a relationship are fighting or breaking up. As a start we wanted to use that aspect, by portraying a happy couple into the music video which gradually goes down hill throughout the video. Furthermore we wanted to set out some sort of moral and if possible make the audience shock, crying or even surprised.

Final Narrative:
In the beginning of the video, we see the two couples fighting, however as an audience we don't know why. As the door is slammed onto the main singers face, as he goes, it flashes back to when they happy as a couple. This happens a few times and just right after half of the song, it goes to where they were both fighting again. This time you see the female character holding a note, and as she opens it she cries. Although again we don’t see what the note says. This leads to where she writes a goodbye letter to her boyfriend - the lead singer. As he receives the letter, he attempts to run to the train station and more flashbacks occur, shown in fade to white to emphasise the flashbacks. As the lead singer arrives, he sees that she is nowhere to be seen. As he looks up, he sees her smiling and waving at her, and he does the same. A train suddenly passes by swiftly and she disappears all of a sudden. The video becomes a twist fades to black this time and it cuts to a cemetery, of him walking up to a grave. The lead singer opens up the same note, saying "Cancer Positive" and another letter, explaining the real reason why she left him. Implying she is now deceased.
